Balance is what we want to have in our life. Sometimes we are moving so fast we forget to take a moment to take a breath.
Aha! did you have time to take a few moments as you opened your eyes, to just take in your space? Did you have time to take a few breaths, inhaling and exhaling with the intention of starting your day being mindful? If you did, are you aware that you started the day caught up with yourself and clearheaded?
And, that you hit the ground running, with all around you full of positive energy and everything in the right place? Ponder that thought.
Now, here’s another thought: Before closing your eyes at the end of your day take a few mindful breaths and express gratitude that you are starting your nights rest all caught up and mind, body and spirit in sych.
